What types of forms are included in the Access library?
The library covers the documents that come up most often in Utah Valley transactions. That includes purchase and sale contracts and addenda, loan and financing forms, seller and property disclosures, new construction documents, and state and county compliance forms. Each category is organized by stage of the transaction, so you can find what you need quickly.
How do I know which form to use?
Start with the category that matches where you are in the transaction. If you’re still not sure, call or email your escrow officer and we’ll point you to the right document. For questions about how a contract term applies to your situation, check with your Realtor or a real estate attorney.
Are the documents state-specific and locally relevant?
Yes. The library is built around Utah transactions and includes state forms along with the county-level documents and local disclosures used in Utah Valley.
Can I download and edit the forms myself?
Yes. Every document can be downloaded and printed, and fillable PDFs can be completed on screen before you print or send them. Please don’t change the pre-printed wording of state-approved forms; use an addendum for any changes to the terms.
How often is content in the document library updated?
Our team reviews the library regularly and replaces forms when new versions are released, so the version you download is current. If a form looks out of date, let us know.
