Wayne Tanner founded Access Title in 1989 because he believed Utah County deserved an independent title company — one where decisions were made by people who lived here, not routed through a distant headquarters.

That philosophy has guided every hire, every investment, and every closing we’ve done since. Today, under the leadership of Dan Hall, we’re still the same independent company serving the same Utah Valley communities.

Over three decades we’ve built relationships with every major underwriter, every county recorder, and hundreds of agents and lenders across the valley. Those relationships are what let us clear a tangled lien, close on a tight deadline, or simply pick up the phone when it matters most.
